1 Introduction

Welcome to TapMatch ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. TapMatch is an offline casual color-matching puzzle game designed for pure entertainment.

2 Information We Do NOT Collect

Our application functions completely offline on your device. We do not collect or request any of the following:

• ✕ No Personal Information: No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
• ✕ No User Accounts: No registration, login, or social authentication required.
• ✕ No Location Data: Zero access to GPS, Wi-Fi, or IP location.
• ✕ No Device Sensors or Media: No camera, microphone, photo gallery, or file access.
• ✕ No Advertising Identifiers: We do not track the Google Advertising ID (AAID).

3 Local Data Storage

TapMatch only saves the following settings locally on your mobile device using standard device preferences (SharedPreferences):

• ✓ Best Score: Your personal top high score.
• ✓ Sound & Music: Audio toggle states (ON/OFF).
• ✓ Haptics: Vibration feedback setting.
• ✓ Theme: Dark Mode or Light Mode preference.

This data remains strictly stored inside your phone. It never leaves your device and is erased automatically if you clear app storage or uninstall the game.

4 Third-Party Services & Ads

TapMatch contains zero third-party trackers, ad frameworks, or analytics SDKs:

• ✕ No Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or third-party ad networks.
• ✕ No Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or behavioral tracking tools.

5 Children's Privacy (COPPA & Families)

TapMatch is a family-safe, non-violent casual game suitable for all age groups. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. If parents have any questions, please reach out to us at our support email below.

6 User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Because TapMatch does not operate external databases, we store no personal data on servers. You have complete control: you can delete all locally saved high scores and preferences at any time by clearing the app data in your phone's Settings > Apps > TapMatch > Storage > Clear Data.
